Vertical Construction Management

Vertical Construction Management (VCM) was formed by dividing a commercial real estate development company (established in 2009) into two teams: a real estate group (Verdad) and a construction management group (Vertical). This division has allowed the same development team to provide services to our clients outside of land ownership. With the team experience gained from the completion of over 200 projects in more than 20 states, VCM has generated a programmatic development process that establishes accountability on a national scale. The relationships that we have built in the industry were earned through performance and transparency, from bid comparisons and contractor selection, to weekly reporting. This helps ensure there is an open-book approach and truly aligned interests. VCM has a clear understanding of the expectations, and pressures from stakeholders, commitments to operations, and the importance of working in harmony. In our industry construction related issues will arise, it is how we deal with them distinguishes VCM and ensures that we meet our deliverables.
