We've taken a long hard look at how we can enhance the office visit by providing advanced veterinary care while minimizing time spent on paperwork and waiting. We gathered various focus group, bringing together pet owners and veterinarians alike to share and exchange ideas and came up with a concept that ultimately would become the company's mission statement.
