This enables the continuous provision of a consistent service quality and technical excellence to customers. In line with our group-wide approach to customer care and corporate social responsibility we have endorsed a policy requiring all new projects valued in excess of £500,000 to apply for registration to the Considerate Constructors Scheme. The Considerate Constructors Scheme requires contractors to implement community liaison measures such as letters of information, maintenance of good contact with neighbours, setting up a 24-hour hot line, and ensuring courteous behaviour towards the public.
