Victory Community Care Services

Well come to Victory Community Care Services, VCCS is an indigenous faith-based Non-Governmental Organization (Reg No. S.5914/7330), dedicated to find sustainable local solutions to fit existing socio-economic patterns that hinder community transformation. VCCS develops programs that are sensitive to addressing community needs while preserving culture and community values. VCCS aims to shift from existing models and ideas that may backfire socially as well as economically. We focus on organizational development and empowering local leaders to enhance their skills, knowledge and capacities. We have found this to be the most effective approach to bring long-term, sustainable transformation in the communities we serve. VCCS recognizes that development of knowledge and skills are critical issues which require a comprehensive approach. Therefore, VCCS strategies are intended to enhance and create supportive environments for human capacity building that will translate into community transformation. Community transformation is described as a spiritual process that is progressive and comprehensive, impacting all components of society in a given area. VCCS' passion is to stimulate dynamic and continuous spiritual thought in which people are restored to God and reflecting His Kingdom in every area of their lives.
