Vision Workforce Skills

Vision Workforce Skills is a wholly owned subsidiary company of West Nottinghamshire College and was formed on the transfer of activity from Pearson in Practice. At Vision Workforce Skills our mission is to change people’s lives for the better by providing them with world-class, industry-specific training and qualifications. We do this by giving them the behaviours, discipline, support and skills they need to be effective members of the workforce and succeed in their chosen jobs and careers. Every year, we provide many thousands of high quality, learner-focused, apprenticeships, work-based and specialised training programmes which can be delivered by a variety of methods. In the classroom, in the workplace, through distance and e-learning, our expert tutors offer learner-focused, employer-driven training that is built around individual needs and business objectives.
