Vitrium Capital is a company dedicated to the administration of investment funds and the development of real estate ventures. Its team of professionals is responsible for all stages of project development, working alongside leading companies in the areas of planning, design, construction and operations. The company also offers real estate consultancy services. Vitrium's diverse real estate projects include Vitrium One and 01 Tigre, while Pueblo Caamaño, currently under construction, offers a new concept of living in Pilar, with everything on hand and distances that can be covered on foot. It also comes with a commitment to the TECHO NGO, helping families in extreme poverty in Argentina. Vitrium plans to donate 1.5% of the total amount of the construction contract for Pueblo Caamaño to TECHO, a figure which in stage 2 will be around 700,000 pesos (US$140,000 approx), providing homes for 57 families. Led by Federico Gagliardo, Vitrium Capital is the first investment fund operating in Argentina following a model that combines a financial portfolio based on real economy projects and specially designed products for the real estate investor.
