Our 5000 square meters industrial platform, the 230 employees and our modern machineries can produce a wide range of products as: extruded profiles moulded items hoses rubber compounds for the automotive industry - OEM products and spare parts - and for the electric appliances industry, transportation sector and other industrial areas as well. Our products are manufactured by using modern equipments, which ensures a high control level for the production process: injection presses - that allow the production of a very wide range of products. continuous extrusion lines for rubber profiles with IR + hot air curing system (mono and bicomponent profiles, with metallic insertion, flocked , sponged profiles , etc.) manufacturing lines for rubber hoses (mono and bicomponents, with or without textile insertion) line for rubber compounds We are continuously working on improving the physical and mechanical properties of our products and their quality as well. Our R&D technical department is able to design the moulds, the devices and the toolings required for the manufacturing process , according to our clients' specifications. Our laboratory endowed with adequate equipment can accurately test the quality of the raw materials and of the final products as well.
