VOIPTime Company offers new service, i.e. Software Leasing. This service is offered to those contacts who do not have the possibility to create the infractrusture for Contact Centre Deployment, but who would like to use its solutions for tackling their business tasks. VOIPTime Company deploys its Contact Centre environment according to the needs of the contacts, customizes it to guarantee normal operation mode, and provides contact representatives with the access to Contact Centre functionality. After all the settings have been made, the contact will need the access to the Internet and a computer to get the access to Contact Centre environment.
