VP Securities

VP Securities A/S offers innovative solutions and know-how within securities and investor management. VP has developed internationally-recognised systems for securities management, and contributes to the stable, secure and rapid settlement of securities transactions. VP is an approved central securities depository (CSD) in accordance with the Danish Securities Trading Act, and is thus the centre for the registration of securities in Denmark. VP also supports the issue of securities within the euro zone via its subsidiary VP LUX.
