Vychodoslovenska energetika Holding manages its subsidiaries, which are dedicated to the electricity distribution, electricity supply, and gas supply. VSE Holding also provides for its subsidiaries shared services in the field of personnel services, business consulting, financial and accounting services, IT services and customer service. At the same time represents them in the area of social responsibility. The shares of VSE Holding are owned by the Slovak Republic, represented by the Ministry of Economy and German Innogy International Participations.
