Since its first acquisition in 1987, VTT Management grew to over 7,000 multifamily units and 1,000,000 of retail/office space in South Carolina, North Carolina & Massachusetts. VTT is an old-fashioned commercial real estate investment and management company. We self-manage every property we own - with over 100 dedicated employees. VTT has no outside investors - instead, we have grown organically for over 30 years with smart acquisitions and grass-roots property management.
