Victory World Outreach Center

Victory World Outreach Center was founded in October of 1993 by Pastors Philip and Debbie Holman in an old boat warehouse and showroom. That first service, the congregation sat in lawn chairs or on the floor as Pastor Holman preached from a karaoke machine. We've come a long way from our humble beginnings and we continue to grow as we work to fulfill the mission God has given us. Pastors Philip and Debbie Holman are the founders of Victory World Outreach Center and have been in the ministry since 1976. Throughout their years of ministry, Philip and Debbie have served as evangelists, youth pastors, campus pastors, music ministers, and everything in between. They have led tours to Israel for nearly two decades and led missions and outreaches both locally and internationally.
