Wai Kee Holdings Ltd. is an investment holding company. The Company’s business segments comprise: civil construction, which includes the construction of civil engineering products; quarrying, which includes production and sale of quarry products; bio-technology, which is engaged in the research, development, production and sale of bio-technology products; property development, which is engaged in the investment in property development projects, and highway and express way operations, which is engaged in the investment in, development, operation and management of highways and expressways. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the five largest customers accounted for approximately 73% of the Company’s turnover. Some of the Company’s subsidiaries include, Build King Holdings Limited, Hsin Lung Construction Limited, Kaden Construction Limited, Leader Marine L.L.C, Wai Kee Biotechnical Limited and Wai Kee Quarry Asia Limited.
