Since those early days in Granville, Sydney, the company has grown to the largest distributor of specialty plasterboard tools in the southern hemisphere. Wallboard Tool Company has been built on loyalty and strong relationships. This includes partnering with our local and international suppliers such as Hyde Tools, Trim-tex and Telpro Panel Lifts of which Wallboard Tool Company has been the Australian agent for over 30 years. Working with the AWCI and local TAFE colleges Wallboard Tool Company has also developed and launch hundreds of new product on the Australian Plasterboard market. Now with distribution warehouses in QLD, NSW and VIC, Wallboard Tool Company provides a level of service to the industry rarely matched. With same day shipping and over night delivery to over 80% of our clients, Wallboard Tool Company prides itself on dependability and service. We have a fully integrated live inventory management system which assists us to achieve a supply rate above 98%. In 2002 Wallboard Tool Company launched Tapepro Drywall Tools onto the Australian market. Then in 2004 a 2 day training course was developed to educate the Plasterboard Industry on how to operate and maintain Automatic Taping Tools. The course is available to the Australian Plasterboard community to assist in improving the level of finish and maintaining a future for our market. The future of Wallboard Tool Company is focused on two key areas. The first is providing new products through continuing our research and development and the second is developing and improving the service we offer to our customers. This includes further development of training programs, customised promotions, in store sales aids, maintaining delivery timetables and achieving a 100% supply rate.
