Ware established The Ware Company on March 1, 1961 and operated his agency with the tenacity to see things through for every customer regardless of the size of the account. Over a period of 20 years he built a strong business with a reputation based on integrity and respect. Today, Mr. Edwin C. Kellam, Jr. leads the agency with the same high standards begun by Mr. Ware. :::::To better serve our clients, The Ware Company is made up of four teams of highly trained professionals that service Personal Insurance, Business Insurance, Life & Health, and Bonds. Customer service is the single most important focus of The Ware Company and we work hard to provide prompt and conscientious service. In other words, we do our best to make it easy for our clients. :::::It has been over 40 years since Mr. Ware opened his door to the Hampton Roads community. Throughout these years, the insurance business has seen a great deal of change. With trends toward market globalization and technological overhaul, coupled with the effects of 9/11 and subsequent events, it has become increasingly necessary for us to position ourselves for a very different future.
