Wargrave House School

Wargrave House Limited operates a residential special school and independent specialist college in Merseyside, and has an excellent reputation. We deliver outstanding education and care services to children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Wargrave House School and College is seeking a Community and Activities Coordinator to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will be to deliver meaningful activities within our Extended School Service (ESS), build strategic relationships and develop partnerships with community organisations. You should be a self-starter with the ability to prioritise your workload, meet deadlines and work unsupervised. You will be able to forge positive relationships and have a strong commitment to high standards of service delivery and customer care. The hours of work are on a rota basis and you will work during periods of school and college closure to coordinate and oversee the Extended School Services. You will also be required to attend work for a full day each Inset day. If you are committed to providing the very best to support positive outcomes for our young people, we would welcome an application from you. Visits to the school are welcomed. In return we offer a Group Personal Pension and non-contributory occupational health scheme. Please email [email protected] for information or click here for more details and an application pack.
