Waterfront Conference

Waterfront is made up of a team of artists, designers and coders, with just a bit of management thrown in for good measure! On the ground the team is lead by CEO Stephen Swan, one of the founding directors of the company, and Pete Morrish, our studio manager. We are backed up by our co-founders, Colin Anderson (a veteran of the games industry) and Christen Oesterbye. Increasingly we are working in different areas across the full range of casual games, including iOS, flash and social network games. We don't have major plans for recruitment but from time to time we do need to add one or two key individuals who can contribute to what we are doing. There is no prescribed skill set and, within Waterfront, one size definetly does not fit for all purposes. We prize variety and diverse thinking as much as anything else. When we do recruit it can be at any level and can be for permanent or temporary roles. We never quite know when that will be so we are happy to hear from people at any time who might be interested in joining us, either now or in the future.
