Waterjet Corporation srl delivers the ordered goods to the address stated in the registration form. Good will be shipped from Monday to Friday (bank holidays excluded). Orders made after Thursday at 12.30 pm will be processed starting from the next Monday, except for special cases. To avoid any problems we kindly ask you to provide an address where somebody, authorized to receive the goods, will be available at the delivery time. If, at the delivery time, the packaging is damaged, we kindly ask you to accept the goods, writing "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE TO CHECK THE CONTENT" on the courier's bill. If then some goods are found missing or broken, please contact us at +39-039-204971 or by e-mail at [email protected] , so we can start the refund insurance process with the courier; in the meantime the company will send you a new product to replace the damaged one, applying the above mentioned shipments conditions.
