Watson Packer

Watson Packer was founded in 1963 in Monahans, Texas by Bill Watson. Over the next several years, the company expanded into Seminole, Snyder, and Abilene, Texas. Harold Clifton, having twenty years of experience at Baker Oil Tools, joined the team as Operations Manager in 1977. In 1996, Watson Packer was sold to Weatherford after growing to over 60 employees in sixteen stores throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Utah. Weatherford changed the name of the company to Weatherford Completion Systems. In 1998 Bill Watson, Barry Watson, and James Harvey started a new company under the Watson Packer name with Harold Clifton as Operations Manager. Watson Packer currently has over 60 employees with stores located throughout Texas and New Mexico. Watson Packer is a distributor for all of the major independent tool manufactures, such as Weatherford, Baker Tools, D & L Oil Tools, and Kline Tools. We have Tech Units for specifications, dimensions, and operating instructions available on all the tools we run. We also carry a large inventory of packers, bridge plugs, anchors, as well as our new CRP Packer, which is quickly becoming one of the most popular tools used in the Oil Field. We repair any kind of packer or tubing anchor including Baker, Arrow, Guiberson, and Halliburton. We believe that Watson Packer has the most experienced servicemen in the Permian Basin and the right tools needed for your oil and gas well. We would appreciate the opportunity to add your company to our list of satisfied customers.
