We are your job search secret weapon. Way Solutions was founded in 2004 as a talent acquisition consulting company. That's a fancy way of saying we help companies learn the best ways to hire people. Before that, we were Recruiters and HR people in a number of different industries recruiting for companies of all sizes including Microsoft, Amazon.com, and many more. We spent our careers speaking with job seekers on behalf of our clients. We've learned that a savvy job seeker is a good candidate, and a good candidate is great for our clients. Because of this, we've broadened our services and now work with individuals. While we DO NOT find people jobs, we DO help them understand how the business of hiring really works. Job seekers can learn to be their own recruiter and manage their own career. If they can better identify and land the right type of opportunity for themselves, they will be happier and more productive. If they do this again and again, they will build incredible careers beyond what even they could imagine. We offer the tools and resources, as well as a series of self-guided training, coaching services and workshops to support people in their job search and career. All of our information is based on working with hundreds and thousands of people and watching how their careers developed over time.
