Founded in 1866 and headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, Brooklyn Community Services (BCS) is a non-profit organization serving low-income communities. BCS offers comprehensive and holistic services in early childhood education, youth development and after-school programs, family services, workforce development, community living and life skills programs, health and wellness programs, supportive housing and shelter, adult Basic Education and ESOL, and on-call disaster recovery case management and relief services.
