The company, which is headquartered in Warrenpoint, has generated the jobs as a combined result of winning £14m in new contracts with four housing associations, plus a strategic diversification into private sector boiler servicing. "Thanks to substantial new contracts with four housing associations, Alpha Housing, Fold Housing, Habinteg Housing and Triangle Housing and existing contracts with several other associations, nearly 40% of Northern Ireland's social housing heating maintenance and upgrades are now carried out by CTS Projects," said Connaire McGreevy, Managing Director of CTS Projects. "Our growth strategy is to add value for our clients where others are not offering it. The huge investment we have made in IT to modernise the offering to our clients and potential clients has allowed us to grow and capture increased market share. "We have invested more than £80,000 to introduce an innovative software system that offers real-time updates on boiler repairs - CTS is the only heating installer to offer this service and our client response rates are second to none as a result. As you can imagine, this is particularly important within social housing given the proportion of homes we're called out to in which the elderly and vulnerable live. "The other big development for us, which has also played a part in this job creation, is the recent launch of our services to the private sector. We're now bringing our leading IT solutions and 'black-van' branded professionalism to manage gas and oil servicing for the private sector in a new facet to the business that we expect to grow very quickly," Mr McGreevy added. 2016 has also seen office expansion and refurbishment at CTS Projects, with around £150,000 reinvested into this project. "I am passionate about the business, and it's incredibly important to me that the team is comprised of the most dynamic and motivated individuals who can make a contribution to our future growth and success. "We will continue to recruit in 2016 and a big part of ensuring we attract the best talent is our ability to offer a range of employee benefits including training and development opportunities, and an appealing workspace, hence the work we've done to our headquarters," added Mr McGreevy. CTS Projects was named Northern Ireland's Heating Installer of the Year by Installer magazine in March 2016 and is now in the running for the accolade of the UK's Heating Installer of the Year.
