Waidhan Engineering & Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a Group of Industries which started its activities in 1987 with OTR tyre retreading in Singrauli area. Over the years, the group has diversified into many other mining activities and has spread to almost all parts of India. The group is now into Conveyor Belt Manufacturing, Conveyor Belt Splicing & Repairs, HT/LT Motor Rewinding, Mechanical Spares Manufacturing and Repairs for industries such as mining, construction, power, cement etc. We are an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company and is successfully run by a team of professionals of high degree of skill, expertise and perfection, ever ready for services round the clock. The organization was founded by Mr. Basant Himmatramka and Mr. Deepak Himmatramka in 1987 under able guidance of Mr. D. N. Himmatramka (Jt. President, M/s Hindalco Industries). In 2000, Mr. D. N. Himmatramka retired from Hindalco Industries after 40 years of association and took over as Full time Chairman of the group. The Group today has over 400 employees working in different divisions. In 2008, Mr. Bharat Himmatramka & Mr. Harsh Himmatramka were inducted in the company's management. Both of them have completed their Masters from United Kingdom before joining the group. The group has its units situated at Waidhan and Satnoor in the state of Madhya Pradesh, central province of India. The company uses advanced technology in terms of machinery, equipment and raw materials. As a result, our products and services provide good mileage and high reliability.
