Founder Rob Wellen established the company in Massachusetts in the early 1980s and soon asked his cousin Charlie Gadbois to join the firm. Always faithful to their founding values of quality, integrity and community, Charlie has led the evolution of Wellen into a premier partner for executive class construction.
