Wellman Strata Management Pty. Limited ("WSM") is a Sydney based strata management and consultancy firm that provides tailored management solutions to meet the ever changing needs of owners corporations, associations and other like entities. We specialise in the day-to-day management of complex strata developments including part strata schemes and community associations. WSM offers a unique management approach that focuses on customer service and attention to detail. We ensure that sound advice is supported by dedicated professionals whose aim is to protect your interests. Our consultants are also available to assist original owners and building developers with the establishment of owners corporations, associations and building management committees. Our involvement in this process commences during the early stages of project planning and continues right through to building completion and handover thereby ensuring a smooth transition to the newly formed entity. WSM offers 15 years of industry experience with our Director, David Wellman, sharing 10 of those years. During this time, David has successfully managed a large and diverse portfolio including overseeing the management of 12,000 lots as the General Manager of one of Australia's largest companies and leading market providers of strata and community titled management services.
