Wellmeadow

Wellmeadow was formed in 2010 by David Parry and Richard Buckle as a result of want to provide clients with a different approach to consulting. The focus is still the same today, as it was when we started - analytical insights, hands-on approach and exceptional client care. Over the next few years we continued to grow the consulting business as well as experimenting with a few start-up ventures (often in collaboration with clients) which had mixed success! Towards the end of 2013, we were asked by a client to help them recruit a Commercial Director. This prompted us to develop a recruitment process which has evolved over the next two years . We've since been involved in the recruitment of process for over 35 roles with 87% of successful candidates still in post. In 2014 our team was outgrowing the shared office we were working in so the decision was taken to purchase our own property. In December 2014, we moved into our new offices in Shrewsbury town centre. 2015 has seen us continue to grow our team, get settled into our offices and start a number of new projects and initiatives.
