Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation owns and operates off-track betting sites and a telephone wagering service. The company was founded in 1973 and is based in Batavia, New York. It also owns and operates Batavia Downs Gaming, a standard-bred racetrack and gaming facility. Western Regional Off-Track Betting is a public benefit corporation that is owned by multiple counties and the cities of Buffalo and Rochester.
