Through its subsidiaries, the Company is principally involved in the manufacturing and distribution of ceramic and homogeneous tiles, which is predominantly carried out in Malaysia. On February 6, 2007, the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, White Horse Ceramic Industries Sdn. Bhd., acquired White Horse Ceramic (Cambodia) Ltd. On 9 October 007, the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, White Horse Ceramic Industries Sdn. Bhd., acquired WH Ceramic Australia Pty. Ltd. (WHCA). (Source: ARS)
