Whitehorse City Council

Whitehorse Manningham Regional Library Corporation was established in 1996 to provide library services to the Cities of Whitehorse and Manningham. Responsibility for governance rests with the Library Board which comprises Councillors, Council officers and community members representing both Cities. The Chief Executive of the Library Corporation is responsible to the Library Board for the effective planning, management and financial control of library operations.
