Wilderness Dawning Safaris

Wilderness Dawning is a privately-owned safari company based on the banks of the Thamalakane River in Maun, Botswana. We have been operating since 1997 and have grown to become one of the top local tour operators. Our company is owned and operated in Maun by Nic and Samantha Gachter, in partnership with Craig Nesbitt. All have been involved in the safari business since the 1980's, both as guides and lodge management.
