William B, Meyer, Inc. was founded on this mission: "to help our customers safely relocate, handle and store their highly valued assets. The fourth generation company was established by William B. Meyer in 1915, when he acquired a horse drawn cart and started a moving company. Today, employees remain dedicated to the core values and exceed customer expectations and service needs. In the past century, the company has evolved from a one person moving company into several, distinct divisions offering comprehensive services in residential relocation, records management, fulfillment, logistics, office moving, rigging, and library relocation. The Stratford, Connecticut based company has grown to four locations throughout the Northeast, with more than 200 associates and greater than 1 million square feet of state-of-the-art warehouse space located in Stratford and Windsor Connecticut: Bedford Hills, New York and Northborough, Massachusetts.
