Wise Carter encourages our attorneys and staff to offer their skills, training, and time for the betterment of the community. Our Firm engages in the pro bono representation of numerous charitable and community organizations, including the Coastal Women for Change and the Mississippi Innocence Project. Wise Carter partners with our clients to build houses for Habitat Humanity. Our Firm encourages its employees to participate in these projects and provides paid leave to its employees for their work. Our attorneys are also actively involved in community service through the Junior League of Jackson, American Heart Association, the Innocence Project, DREAM, Jackson Rotary Club, Mississippi Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, local churches, University Medical Center, Candlelighters, Ronald McDonald House of Mississippi, Girl Scouts of America and Friends of Children's Hospital. Our involvement includes Board representation and hands-on volunteer work with these vital organizations and service groups in our community. Wise Carter attorneys have also been actively involved in the founding and leadership for 50 years of New Stage Theatre, Mississippi's only professional theatre, as well as leadership in the Jackson Symphony Orchestra, Mississippi Ballet and other arts organizations.
