Witkin Hults Design Group

This philosophy was established by Andrew Witkin when he founded Witkin Design Group in 1988 and prevailed when Vice President Kelly Ann Hults was named partner and we became Witkin Hults Design Group in 2007. Kelly had already left her design signature on dozens of our landmark projects. That same year, we moved from North Miami Beach, FL to larger, more centralized quarters in Hollywood, FL. In 2010, we opened an office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Today, our portfolio includes 5-star hotels and resorts, PUD/TND communities, condominium towers and mid-rise residential, major hurricane restorations, urban infill projects and commercial structures throughout Florida, the Caribbean and Central/South America. Though Witkin Hults Design Group is active with a wide range of project types in a broad geographic area, its specialty is straightforward: It creates great spaces, places and unique destinations.
