WIVB, virtual channel 4 is a CBS-affiliated television station licensed to Buffalo, New York, United States. It creates and delivers superior local news and community stories, along with top-rated entertainment programming to television households. The station is owned by the Nexstar Media Group, as part of a duopoly with CW affiliate WNLO. The two stations share studios on Elmwood Avenue in North Buffalo and transmitter facilities on the eastern side of Grand Island. Master control and some internal operations for both stations are based at hub facilities within sister station and CW affiliate WISH-TV's studios on North Meridian Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
