Western Maryland Health System

Founded in 1996, The Western Maryland Health System was formed by the affiliation of Memorial Hospital of Cumberland and Sacred Heart Hospital. It is close to the Allegany College of Maryland and the Allegany County Health Department. The three form a partnership that will be enhanced by bringing patient care, public health services, and health career training together in one location. The Western Maryland Health System is headquartered in Cumberland, Maryland.
