Jiangxi Wannianqing Cement Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the production and sale of Portland cement and Portland cement clinker, under the brand name of Wannianqing. The Company's Portland cement is applied in the construction of bridges, tunnels and expressways. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company produced approximately 6.2 million metric tons of cement and 5.64 million metric tons of clinker aggregate, sold approximately 7.59 million metric tons of cement and clinker aggregate. The Company distributes its products mainly in Jiangxi Province and Fujian Province, China.
