Woodburner Warehouse is a part of the successful 'Arcade' group (The Arcade (Llandysul) Ltd'). The Arcade has become a big player over the years and in late 2007 we decided to go into the online business. We are not just a internet company. We currently have three successful retail showrooms in Wales, where leading brands of wood-burning and multi-fuel stoves and range cookers are displayed. We at Woodburner Warehouse have experience of dealing with customers in both the showroom environment, face to face, and over the telephone. Our friendly and proffessional manner, together with our product knowledge is respected within our industry. Today our Company is one of the most recognised wood-buring stove and cooker retailers in the UK, and have won numerous awards from manufacturers in recognition for our sales achievenets. Since it's launch in 2007, Woodburner Warehouse has become one of the most successul and most trusted online retailers selling thousands of stoves online every year. What do we offer? We try and keep it nice and simple. We simply want to offer our customers a good deal on a quality product while at the same time offering the level of service they would expect from a local company. We have three large showrooms as well as the internet business and we treat our online customers the same as we would our local customers. We offer our customers a selection of wood-buring and multi-fuel stoves and accessories from leading stove manufacturers. We know that the products that we sell on Woodburner Warehouse, are quality products that have been tried and tested. We also realise that the customer will require a competative price with a fast turn around. We try incredibly hard to ensure that this is the case, and are increasing stock numbers of stoves at our Warehouse continuously. Our stoves are delivered Nationally, usually on a 3-4 working day courier service, for deliveries to mainland UK (slighlty longer for other parts of the UK).
