Stephen C. Woodruff

Stephen C. Woodruff is a public interest and human rights lawyer whose practice is presently limited the United States District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also a candidate for the Senate of the Northern Marianas Commonwealth Legislature in the 2014 election.
