We offer a therapeutic coaching approach that helps clients "show up" for themselves and others. Our contemplative methodology strengthens, balances, and improves the overall resilience, recovery, and ability to perform, so you can benefit your own life and the lives of others. Our approach is clearly outlined, a complete approach to living life, focusing on "inside-out" activities of body, mind, spirit, food, and sleep habits. As well as the "outside-in" perceptions of relationships and surroundings. This detailed approach helps our clients develop a self-help regime that inspires personal development, balance, health, resilience, and independence, to live a life that is aspirational and self-directed. Today, more than ever, stress and anxiety are creating mental health concerns, relationship habits and substance misuse. It is not new, but today's workplace and global environment have created a new type of anxiety which, left unchecked, can easily rise to the level of an anxiety disorder with negative consequences for physical health, mental well-being, relationships, workplace productivity, and career opportunities. We coach clients to change their lives and relationships to stress, to help them increase awareness, focus, resilience, and performance. All of our in-person, or online one-to-one sessions are supported by text messaging, Facetime, Zoom, and our MindCloud During our sessions we look at how we can g enerate greater energy, flow, and gain access to the compassion, and wisdom needed to survive and thrive for an empowered life.
