The Company’s offerings consist of silicon electrode products such as cathode type, gas distribute plate (GDP) type and gas shower plate (GSP) type, and silicon ring products, including focus rings, insert rings and shadow rings. In 2007, the Company had an annual production capacity of 8,303 items of silicon electrodes and its actual production output was 7,244 items of silicon electrodes.
