Warren GROWs, Inc. is a volunteer based organization whose focus is to lead a comprehensive, community-based, sustainable program to restore viability to downtown Warren through the preservation of our historic resources and by educating our community volunteers in the Main Street methodology. Warren GROWs, Inc. strives to follow the Main Street Four Point Approach by utilization of the Organization, Promotion, Design, and Economic Restructuring Committees. The Organization Committee helps our downtown by fostering cooperation, building leadership, and initiates working relationships with groups that have similar goals in our business community. The Promotion Committee helps by creating a positive image of our downtown, encouraging our community members to realize that the downtown area is an exciting, safe, and clean place to live, shop, and invest.
