Xcellent Technology Solutions, Inc. (XTS), is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing expert intelligence support and services to the Department of Defense and the U.S Government. Our core business is in the intelligence arena where we specialize in imagery and Geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) training, analysis, and doctrine development. Our staff includes certified instructors and has in-depth knowledge, skills, and expertise in platform instruction, curriculum, exercise, and scenario development, and imagery and GEOINT systems, methods, techniques, and doctrine. XTS has a thorough understanding of the Instructional System Design (ISD) and the Army Systems Approach to Training (ASAT) standards currently in use by DoD and the intelligence community. XTS is also experienced in providing Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis, communications technical support, shelter installation, and business and financial services. Currently XTS is under adjudication by the Small Business Administration for certification to the Small Socially Disadvantaged Business (8a) program.
