Xingye Copper International Group Limited ("Xingye Copper" or "the Group") (Hong Kong stock code 00505) is one of the leading high precision producers of copper plates and strips in the PRC. The Group mainly focuses on producing different categories of high precision copper plates and strips including high precision tin phosphorous bronze plates and strips, high precision brass plates and strips, high precision lead frame strips, high precision nickel silver plates and strips, high precision beryllium Copper plates and Strips and high Precision Red Copper Plates and Strips. These products are the main materials for the production of electronic, tale-communication equipment, auto mobile components, transmission devices and transformers. The Group provides processing services to the customers who could supply the materials needed for the production of high precision copper plates and strips. The Group's manufacturing base is located at Cixi City, Zhejiang Province and Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province which occupies an area of approximately 350,000 sq.m. and have a production capacity of an annual output of 120,000 tons of copper and copper-base alloy plates and strips. The company was in charge of the development and production of national "863" project electronic lead frame material in 2003, which had passed the acceptance from National Science and Technology Organization in December 2005. A subsidiary of the company, Ningbo Xingye Shengtai Group Co., Ltd. was awarded Science and Technology Enterprise in 2013, and another subsidiary, Xintai New Metal Materials Co., Ltd. was included in the National Industrial Revitalization Projects in 2013. All Xingye Copper products are sold under the "Three Rings" brand.
