As an experienced subcontractor himself, Venkat began to forge strong relationships with staffing managers and quickly realized that their needs were not being addressed. After working with countless contractors who were not meeting client's needs and experiencing, first hand, the resulting chaos caused by inadequate staffing, Venkat ventured to identify a methodology that will help clients and contractors alike. The methodology adopted by XpertTech as a firm includes strategies on how to evaluate client requirements, identify candidates, screen candidates for specific roles and most importantly, successfully deliver quality people on time and on budget. With this methodology, XpertTech has established itself as an Information Technology recruiting and software development company specializing in both applications development and infrastructure support.
