XTO

XTO Incorporated was founded in November, 1978 by partners William Hallidy, Bryce Hughes and Donald G. Krieger. Their first location was on Corporate Circle in East Syracuse with an additional office in Johnson City, New York. In 1983, XTO purchased our current facility in Liverpool, New York that was 10,000 square feet at the time. With sales increasing every year since our founding, we have been able to add numerous expansions to our existing facilities including a 9,000 square foot addition to the warehouse and production facility in 1987 and another 12,000 square feet added to the manufacturing facility in 1993. This included an additional 5,000 square feet of office space. In June 1998, XTO purchased another separate building (also located in Liverpool) to increase our warehouse space. This was also to accommodate increased production requirements brought about by the addition of new water jet cutting equipment and two automatic travel head die-cutting machines. XTO Incorporated is a leading national manufacturer / distributor of die-cut gaskets, tapes, and adhesives across many diverse market segments. We currently employ 70 people between our two locations with plans to grow and expand in the near future.
