Their company is developing a conversational concierge with whom clients can converse in the same way they would with a real person. Yada also allows guests to rapidly provide input on a variety of topics that may otherwise fall through the cracks while submitting longer evaluations. They've assisted hosts in resolving several leaking pipe, boiler, mold, and water pressure issues, among other things.
