Yamanote Atelier

Yamanote is the first-of-its-kind bakery shop in Dubai that produces and serves a variety of European bread, pastries, cakes, croissant, sandwiches and sweet bakery items with a Japanese touch, all made from scratch on-site. To preserve the purity and authenticity of the Japanese culinary culture, every item at Yamanote is created from high quality and seasonal ingredients; six different types of flour are exclusively imported from Japan. As is tradition in Japan, customers can will fill up their trays with the various items on display before handing them over to a friendly assistant who will happily plate it or wrap it in customized, branded boxes to take home. The selection of bakery items changes on a regular basis and our team of bakers, under the watchful eye of Master Baker Kuni Maeda, experiment with new flavors and combinations on a daily basis. This consistency in ensuring the authenticity and genuineness of the concept is the most important attribute that makes YamanoteAtelier different from other patisseries or bakery shops.
