YAMAURA CORP. is a Japan-based construction company. The Company operates in three business segments. The Construction segment constructs and rebuilds public buildings, private offices, factories and shops, and also builds housings and condominiums. The segment is also engaged in general civil engineering works, pavement works and the construction of bridges, snow shelters and gardens, among others. The Engineering segment designs, manufactures, and installs and maintains automatic controlling equipment, information and communications equipment, water management equipment, industrial machinery, high-speed dryers and environment-friendly sewage treatment systems. The Development segment is engaged in the sale and leasing of real estate, and the operation of ski resorts and roadside restaurants, among others.
