Youth Advocate Programs

Youth Advocate Programs is a national non-profit organization which provides community based services and programs for children and young adults involved in the juvenile justice system, child welfare system, and those with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, educational and school challenges, and more. The organization was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
