Yeonghwa Metal Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacturing of automobile parts. The Company provides four categories of products: engine parts, including exhaust manifolds, cylinder blocks and crankshafts; axle parts, including wheel hubs and differential gears; brake parts, including knuckles, calipers, brake discs and brake drums; transmission parts, including gear assemblies and drums, as well as pipe fittings such as malleable iron pipe fittings and stainless steel pipe fittings and ball valves. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company had a production capacity of 69,000 tons of automobile parts and its actual output was 65,639 tons of automobile parts. In 2007, the sale of automobile parts accounted for approximately 73% of the Company's total revenue.
